Remember the bit where the water bot launched onto some guy's face? And they managed to get it off? I was sitting there there thinking, "are you fucking kidding me? The only way that thing is coming off is if the head comes with it!" Alas, no gratuitous decapitation. That right there was enough reason to bemoan a PG13 rating. Marcus's lack of comment can be explained by his infiltration programming. What bothered me was hardened resistance soldier Blair releasing a robot and risking her life helping him escape, the Skynet security team apparently on break while John Conner sneaks around their building, the robots not killing Kyle Reese immediately after identifying him (or really even the fact that they knew who he was if you think about it), and the robot guards wearing what appear to be bandanas (perhaps they were manufactured in Latin America?). Oh, and the super strong, nearly invincible robots throwing the humans around in fights instead of just crushing them in 2 seconds. I know that panning a movie for this cuts down every other Sci-Fi movie ever made, but still. There are more (oh so many more) problems but I can't think of them right now. First they screw up Wolverine, then Star Trek, and now Terminator? Did they have to make Star Trek, the franchise I don't really like, suck the least? Seriously?
